The invention also discloses an encoding gene of the protein, and the gene has nucleotide sequences as shown in SEQ ID No.2 and 3. The yellow-green leaf control gene disclosed by the invention can also be used as an indication mark of false hybrids in a hybrid seed production process and is applied to crossbreeding improvement and breed improvement.
