A detachable automatic bottle changing infusion device comprises a first bottle plug puncturing head connected with a first infusion bottle. The first bottle plug puncturing head is communicated with a first infusion soft pipe which is communicated with a first inlet in the upper portion of a first drip chamber. The infusion device further comprises a second bottle plug puncturing head connected with a second infusion bottle. The second bottle plug puncturing head is connected with the upper portion of a second infusion soft pipe. The lower end of the second infusion soft pipe is communicated with a second inlet in the upper portion of the first drip chamber. The upper portion of the first soft pipe extends into the lower portion of the second infusion soft pipe. The outer diameter of the first soft pipe is larger than the inner diameter of the second infusion soft pipe. The lower portion of the first soft pipe extends into an inner cavity of the first drip chamber. The lower portion of the first soft pipe is communicated with an inner cavity of a first container. The detachable automatic bottle changing infusion device is low in cost, high in safety and capable of being connected with a plurality of infusion bottles freely.
