Problems solved by technology

But a new problem is that the nitrification of ammonium nitrogen makes nitrogen fertilizer more likely to be lost in the form of nitrate nitrogen, which reduces the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer. Therefore, the ammonium nitrogen contained in nitrophosphate fertilizer is stabilized and long-acting transformation is imperative

Embodiment 1

[0029] DCD was selected as the nitrification inhibitor; Dicyandiamide (DCD) was simply passed through a 100-mesh sieve and then directly applied to the tested soil and mixed evenly with the tested soil to reduce the conversion of ammonium nitrogen to nitrate nitrogen in the soil. The amount of DCD was Apply 15 mg to the experimental soil equivalent to 1 kg of dried soil.

Embodiment 2

[0031] Nitrapyrin is selected as the nitrification inhibitor; simply apply Nitrapyrin directly into the tested soil through a 100-mesh sieve, and mix it evenly with the tested soil to reduce the conversion of ammonium nitrogen to nitrate nitrogen in the soil. Apply 0.375mg to the soil

Embodiment 3

[0033] A nitrophosphate fertilizer stabilized with ammonium nitrogen, wherein the nitrophosphate fertilizer stabilized with ammonium nitrogen includes 100 parts by weight of ordinary nitrophosphate fertilizer and 1.3 parts by weight of DCD. Mix nitrophosphate fertilizer with DCD passing through a 100-mesh sieve to form ammonium nitrogen-stabilized nitrophosphate fertilizer to reduce the loss of nitrogen fertilizer; the amount of DCD is equivalent to 15 mg in the experimental soil of 1 kg of dry soil, and the amount of ordinary nitrophosphate fertilizer is equivalent to Apply 1.154g in the experimental soil of 1kg of dried soil.

Abstract

Ammonium nitrogen stabilized nitric phosphate. Common nitric phosphate is mixed with an inhibitor, wherein the inhibitor is DCD or 2-chloro-6-trichloromethylpyridine (Nitrapyrin). When the DCD is employed as the inhibitor, the ammonium nitrogen stabilized nitric phosphate is prepared by mixing 100 parts by weight of the nitric phosphate and 1.3 parts by weight of the DCD; when the 2-chloro-6-trichloromethylpyridine (Nitrapyrin) is employed as the inhibitor, the ammonium nitrogen stabilized nitric phosphate, in moisture soil, is prepared by mixing 100 parts by weight of the nitric phosphate and 0.13 part by weight of the Nitrapyrin; and when the 2-chloro-6-trichloromethylpyridine (Nitrapyrin) is employed as the inhibitor, the ammonium nitrogen stabilized nitric phosphate, in black soil, is prepared by mixing 100 parts by weight of the nitric phosphate and 0.065 part by weight of the Nitrapyrin. By means of the ammonium nitrogen stabilized nitric phosphate, a use efficiency of the nitric phosphate can be increased and pollutions of the fertilizer on body of water can be reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of agricultural technology, in particular to a nitrophosphate fertilizer with stabilized ammonium nitrogen and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Soil nitrogen is one of the macronutrient elements necessary for plant growth and development. It is a component of important functional substances in plants such as proteins and nucleic acids, and is the most important component of plant cell protoplasm. In addition, nitrogen is also a component of chlorophyll in plant leaves. Therefore, nitrogen plays a crucial role in determining plant yield and quality. In order to enhance the soil's fertilization capacity and meet the plant's demand for nitrogen, the application of nitrogen fertilizer has become a necessary way for agricultural producers to obtain high yield. However, since the 1990s, due to people's blind pursuit of high crop yields, long-term excessive application of nitrogen fertilizers has...
