Abstract

The invention discloses a double-detector X-ray fluorescence logging probe tube and a method. The double-detector X-ray fluorescence logging probe tube mainly comprises a probing window and a probe-motivating system. The probing window comprises a light pipe collimator, a D1 collimator, a D2 collimator, a berylium window, a light pipe S, a detector D1 and a detector D2. The probe-motivating system is formed by the light pipe S, the detector D1 and the detector D2; the light pipe S is connected with a work power supply; the detector D1 and the detector D2 are sequentially connected with an amplifier, a digitalized multichannel impulse amplitude analyzer, a two-channel data acquisition and controller, an interface circuit, and a ground work station independently. The method helps to solve the problem of well fluid correction when an X-ray tube is utilized to stimulate X-ray fluorescence logging, and thus the radiation security of the X-ray fluorescence logging probe tube is improved.
