The fractional-order switching chaotic system synchronization circuit consists of three channel circuits, wherein a first resistor in the first channel is connected with the inverse-phase input end of a first operational amplifier and the output end of a third operational amplifier, a second resistor is connected with the inverse-phase input end of the first operational amplifier and the output end of a fifth operational amplifier, a third resistor is connected with the inverse-phase input end and the output end of the first operational amplifier, and a fourth resistor is connected with the output end of the first operational amplifier and the inverse-phase input end of the fifth operational amplifier. A fractional-order switching chaotic system is established, has more complicated dynamic characteristics compared with an integral-order switching chaotic system and has higher application value during secret communication. The synchronization controller circuit is invented for the fractional-order switching chaotic system, and a foundation is laid for application of the switching system in the secret communication.
