The cosolvent is acetamide. The regeneration liquid has good effects of supplement of cellular catalyst active ingredients. The regenerated cellular catalyst has a high denitration activity recovery rate. An experiment result shows that the regenerated cellular catalyst has denitration efficiency more than 90% and an activity recovery rate of 106-110%.
