The present invention discloses a tillage-free field weed preventing and removing composition, which comprises ammonium glyphosate, chipton, fluoroglycofen and a synergist, wherein a mass ratio of the glyphosate to the chipton to the fluoroglycofen to the synergist is 5-80:1-10:1-5:1-5. The composition is used for preventing and removing tillage-free field annual weeds, and has advantages of significant synergy effect after compounding, weed killing spectrum expanding, weed killing speed improving, significant weed killer consumption reducing and significant reduction of the number of the use of the weed killer.
