The present invention is directed to a monitoring device used for producing a target composition, such as an automotive paint or an architectural paint and a monitoring device used therein. The device includes (A) a client computer usable storage medium located in a client computer, and a host computer usable storage medium located in a host computer in communication with said client computer; and (B) means for dispensing required items for making a desired amount of said target composition, said means for dispensing being in communication with said client computer, said host computer, or said client and said host computer; wherein said client computer usable storage medium, host computer usable storage medium, or said client computer usable storage and said host computer usable storage media have computer readable program code means residing therein for monitoring production of a target composition. The computer readable program code means include (I) means for configuring computer readable program code devices to cause said client computer or said host computer to identify one or more formulas associated with identification criteria of said target composition, said formula providing a required inventory for making said desired amount of said target composition; (II) means for configuring computer readable program code devices to cause said client computer or said host computer to generate a current inventory; (III) means for configuring computer readable program code devices to cause said client computer or said host computer to compare said current inventory against said required inventory to ascertain whether said current inventory fulfills said required inventory; (IV) means for configuring computer readable program code devices to cause said client computer or said host computer to generate a supplementary inventory if said current inventory partially fulfills said required inventory; (V) means for configuring computer readable program code devices to cause said client computer or said host computer to dispense through said means for dispensing said required items listed in said required inventory from current items listed in said current inventory, supplementary items listed in said supplementary inventory, or a combination thereof to make said desired amount of said target composition; and (VI) means for configuring computer readable program code devices to cause said client computer or said host computer to generate an updated inventory. The device can be also used to control the inventory by shipping just in time any components required to produce target compositions, such as refinish tints used in automotive refinish paints.

The invention relates to water dispersible environmentally-friendly nanometer structure automotive finish paint and a preparation method thereof and belongs to the technical field of production of coating. The finish paint consists of water dispersible nanometer polymer emulsion with a grain size of below 100 nanometers, deionized water, a pigment, an inert antirust pigment, an active antirust pigment, a filler, an aid and the like. The water dispersible nanometer polymer emulsion with a grain size of below 100 nanometers consists of hydrophilic acrylate copolymer, hydrophobic polymer, waterproof liquid and deionized water, wherein the hydrophobic polymer is one of polyurethane, unsaturated fatty acid or dry oil-improved polyurethane. Preparation method and application of normal-temperature ketone and hydrazine self-crosslinked nanometer epoxy resin emulsion

The invention discloses a preparation method and an application of normal-temperature ketone and hydrazine self-crosslinked nanometer epoxy resin emulsion. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly opening a ring of epoxy resin by using lauric acid; consuming away epoxy groups; performing grafting polymerization by using diacetone-acrylamide and an acrylic acid type monomer; neutralizing the emulsion and adding water for dispersion to obtain grafted epoxy emulsion; and adding hexane diacid dihydrazide to prepare normal-temperature self-crosslinked nanometer epoxy resin emulsion. The solid content of the emulsion disclosed by the invention is 45% to 55%; the particle size is 80nm to 100nm; the storage stability is above 6 months; the adhesive force reaches 0-1 grade after the emulsion becomes a film by room temperature curing; the hardness of a pencil is H to 2H; the impact resistance is 50kg.cm to 65kg.cm; the flexibility is 2mm to 3mm; the water resistance is 120h to 150h; and the resistance to 3% NaCl solution is 100h to 180h. The emulsion disclosed by the invention can be widely applied to the fields of water-based anticorrosive paints, water-based wood paints, water-based automobile paints, water-based building paints and the like as base resin.

The invention relates to an automotive coating based on organic fluorine unsaturated polyester resin emulsion and a preparation method of the automotive coating. The automotive coating is composed ofthe following substances in parts by weight: a component A comprising 50-80 parts of organic fluorine unsaturated polyester resin emulsion, 10-15 parts of an active film-forming agent, 0.2-0.5 part ofa cationic surfactant, 0.6-1.2 parts of a dispersing agent, 0.2-0.5 part of a flatting agent, 1-2 parts of a thickening agent, 0.2-0.5 part of an antifoaming agent, 0-10 parts of water-based color paste, 10-35 parts of pigments and fillers, 0.5-0.8 part of an ultraviolet light absorber and 10-30 parts of deionized water; a component B of 5-10 parts of an initiator solution with the mass fractionof 10-20%; and a component C of 4-8 parts of a reducing agent with the mass fraction of 20-40%. The automotive coating disclosed by the invention has the advantages that (1) an unsaturated water-basedresin taking fluorine-carbon bonds as the base is disclosed first, and the automotive coating is excellent in hydrophobic effect, high in corrosion resistance and excellent in antiseptic property; (2) when cured by an oxidation-reduction initiator system, the automotive coating is high in cross-linking degree and hardness; and (3) due to the selected active film-forming agent, the automotive coating is high in film-forming property and difficult to crack.
