The invention discloses hand-tamped brick tea of a tea tree. The hand-tamped brick tea is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 80%-95% of raw dark green tea and 5%-20% of dry tea flowers. The processing method comprises the following steps: copying a raw dark green tea raw material, drying the tea flowers in the sun, and removing impurities; processing the raw materials, mixing and burdening; carrying out pile-fermentation; stirring fermented materials; steaming the tea, and pressing; airing and sizing; and demolding; drying and, floating; and packing to form the hand-tamped brick tea. According to the hand-tamped brick tea of the tea tree, the health efficacy of existing hand-tamped brick tea can be improved; and tea tree resources can also be effectively utilized.
