The preparation method comprises the steps of dissolving NaCl, KCl, MgCl2.6H2O, CaCl2, glucose and Tris-base into deionized water to form a mixed solution, and adjusting the pH of the mixed solution by HCl to 7.8 so as to form the artificial insemination liquid for the acipenser dabryanus. Every 500 millimeters of the artificial insemination liquid contains 0.585g of NaCl, 0.0019 of KCl, 0.5083g of MgCl2.6H2O, 0.2775g of CaCl2, 5.4g of glucose and 1.2114g of Tris-base.
