The method is mild in reaction condition, is simple and convenient to operate, and is low in environment pollution. The technical scheme is that the environment-friendly synthesis method sequentially comprises the following steps: (1) weighing metal salt and myricetin respectively according to substance ratio of (2-10) to 1; (2) dissolving the metal salt weighed in the step (1) into water so as to prepare a metal salt aqueous solution, and dissolving myricetin into a solvent to prepare a myricetin solution; and (3) mixing the metal salt aqueous solution and the myricetin solution, adjusting the pH value to 8-12, reacting at room temperature for 2-30 minutes so as to obtain the 1D chain structure nano particles.
