Embodiment 1

[0035] Example 1, the weight ratio of raw materials: 2 parts of crab seven, 8 parts of longum longum, 16 parts of Hongbei Niang, 6 parts of Eupatorium, 16 parts of Kuhulu, 16 parts of Centella asiatica, 16 parts of dog bone wood, 16 parts of water shield, 6 parts of red stone fat, 16 parts of cicada slough, 6 parts of mussels, and 2 parts of needle sand.

[0036] The preparation method of embodiment 1 is:

[0037] (1) The above-mentioned raw materials are screened to remove impurities, measured, mixed, and pulverized, and then put into a percolation kettle, add twice the weight of raw materials and ethanol with a volume concentration of 98%, heat to 80°C, and carry out percolation after heating for 6 hours;

[0038](2) Inject the leachate obtained in step (1) into the distillation kettle to concentrate, return the distillate to the percolation kettle to continue diafiltration, control the filtration rate to 100 ml / min.kg, and circulate the diafiltration extraction. After 8 hou...

Embodiment 2

[0042] Example 2, the weight ratio of raw materials: 1 part of crab seven, 6 parts of longum longum, 20 parts of Hongbei Niang, 12 parts of Eupatorium, 20 parts of Kuhulu, 12 parts of Centella asiatica, 12 parts of dog bone wood, 10 parts of water shield, 3 parts of red stone fat, 12 parts of cicada slough, 3 parts of mussels, and 1 part of needle sand.

Embodiment 3

[0043] Example 3, the weight ratio of raw materials: 3 parts of crab seven, 9 parts of longan longan, 12 parts of Hongbei Niang, 3 parts of Eupatorium, 12 parts of Kuhulu, 20 parts of Centella asiatica, 20 parts of dog bone wood, 25 parts of water shield, 12 parts of red stone fat, 20 parts of cicada slough, 12 parts of mussels, and 5 parts of needle sand.

[0044] The Chinese medicine of embodiment 2,3 can be prepared by the following method:

[0045] (1) Extract the volatile oil from the coarse powder of Eupatorium, Piper longum, and Cicada slough by steam distillation, and collect and mix for later use, and the distillation residue for later use;

[0046] (2) Soak the needle sand in water at 40°C, filter it after 48 hours, and use the filtrate for later use;

[0047] (3) Mix Kuhulu, Hongbeiniang, Chishizhi, Crab Seven, Dogbone Wood, Centella Asiatica, Ulva, mussels and the distillation residue in Step 1, add to the filtrate in Step 2, and cook for 2 Once, each time for 1 ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of pleural lavage fluid. By adopting the preparation method, realizing the treatment of post-traumatic acute empyema. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding root and rhizome of Japanese false solomonseal, root or leaf of redback christmashush, hirsute shiny bugleweed herb, long pepper, red halloysite, cicada slough, fruit of bitter bottle gourd, asiatic pennywort herb, cornus wilsoniana, needle powder, mussel and ulva into ethyl alcohol to perform percolation; (2) concentrating a percolate by using a distillation kettle, continuously percolating a distillate, performing circulatory percolation and extraction, discharging and storing a filtrate, and storing filter residues for later use; (3) performing dealcoholization on the filter residues, then performing circulatory percolation, discharging a filtrate, and storing; (4) mixing the filtrates, heating, performing heat preservation, then refrigerating, and filtering; and (5) filtering by using a micro-porous filter membrane. Proven by clinical experiments, the pleural lavage fluid disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of relatively good curative effect and relatively high safety in treatment of post-traumatic acute empyema, and is worthy of being clinically applied and popularized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a method for preparing pleural washings. Background technique [0002] The causes of acute empyema after chest injury are mostly open wounds on the chest wall caused by trauma, or the accumulation of blood, fluid, and bacterial contamination in the pleural cavity after thoracotomy to form empyema. The treatment principles of acute empyema include three main aspects: systemic treatment, anti-infection and pus drainage. For pus drainage, when the pus is thick and difficult to extract through the puncture needle, it needs to be flushed through the puncture needle into the chest cavity during puncture. Currently commonly used flushing fluids are: normal saline or 2% sodium bicarbonate solution. [0003] After systemic anti-infection treatment and pleural lavage, most acute empyema after trauma can be cured, but 16.33% of patients will turn into chronic empyema with sequ...
