[0022] A total of 55 patients from the Neuro-Ophthalmology Department of PLA General Hospital from September 2012 to September 2013 were selected. Among them, 35 patients with ON (taking 4 weeks after the onset as the node, divided into 18 patients in the acute phase group and 17 patients in the stable phase group), and 10 patients with NMO as the experimental group. ON met the diagnostic criteria for optic neuritis proposed by the ONTT research group of the United States. NMO met the diagnostic criteria proposed by Wingerchuk et al.
