The method includes the steps of conducting high-frequency and low-frequency component separation on the basis of two times of wavelet transform, and obtaining a denoised image with the quality higher than that achieved through traditional hard threshold value and soft threshold value denoising by setting a simple threshold value and conducting independent threshold value denoising. Meanwhile, in the process of compressing, a transformation coefficient mask matrix with the frequently-used compression ratios of 2, 8 and 16 in engineering is tested and modified to obtain three compression information matrixes related to the coefficient without calling complex functions, and therefore the calculation amount is greatly reduced, and the compression ratios are selected through the switch function in the compressing process.
