Embodiment 1

[0022] 1. First, add 100mg (0.70mmol) of 2,2’-bipyridine and 190mg (0.70mmol) of Ni(COD) to a 20mL Schelenk tube gradually in an argon atmosphere glove box 2 , Take out the Scheleck tube, add 78mg (0.72mmol) of 1,5-cyclooctadiene and 5mL of DMF to the tube under the protection of nitrogen, heat the reaction to 75°C, keep stirring for half an hour, the solution gradually turns purple. Add 356mg (0.44mmol) of 9,9'-bistriphenylamine-2,7-dibromofluorene and 118mg (0.22mmol) and 118mg (0.22mmol) of N to another 20mL Scheleck tube protected by argon, N'-bis(4-bromophenyl)-4-(2-(5-formyl)thienyl)vinylaniline was added with 5 mL of dry toluene under stirring condition. After the solid was completely dissolved, it was slowly added dropwise to the previously obtained purple catalyst solution. In a static nitrogen atmosphere, react at 75°C for 3 days. Then 0.8 mL (6.76 mmol) of bromobenzene was added dropwise to the tube, and the reaction was continued for 3 days before heating was sto...

Abstract

The invention relates to a sensitization dye used for a polymer dye-sensitized solar cell and a preparation method thereof, particularly relates to a polymer dye based on 9, 9-bis triphenylanilino-2,7-dibromo fluorine, and belongs to the field of polymer dyes. By use of catalytic activity of Ni (COD) 2 and reaction activity of 2, 2 '-dipyridine, P1 is prepared under protection of anhydrously anaerobically treated high purity argon, and the P1 is reacted with cyanoacetic acid to obtain a final dye P2. The molecular structure of the material is confirmed by infrared analysis by use of nuclear magnetism, the self thermal stability of the material can be analyzed by a thermogravimetric analyzer, finally the dye-sensitized solar cell can be successfully prepared by use of the material as a dye, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency is 2.45%.

Description

technical field [0001] This patent reports a sensitizing dye for polymer dye-sensitized solar cells and its preparation method, especially a polymer dye based on 9,9-bistriphenylamino-2,7-dibromofluorene and its preparation method. The preparation method belongs to the field of polymer dyes. Background technique [0002] With the increasing global energy consumption, the energy crisis has become an important issue that hinders the rapid economic development of various countries. The development and utilization of new energy sources is the direction that scientists from all over the world are working hard. Among many renewable energy sources such as solar energy, water energy, wind energy, geothermal energy, and nuclear energy, solar energy is considered to be the most ideal energy source because of its cleanliness and strong adaptability to regions. Therefore, how to efficiently convert solar energy into electrical energy and thermal energy used in our daily life has always...
