The double-layer grooves are formed in the supports, and the supports and the double-layer grooves are integrally assembled; upper-layer planting grooves of the double-layer grooves are formed in lower-layer water tanks and are separated from the lower-layer water tanks by laid water absorption stone, a water inlet and an overflow opening are formed in a side of each lower-layer water tank, each overflow opening is formed in the upper portion of the corresponding water inlet, and water absorption cotton strips are arranged in the lower-layer water tanks and are communicated with the water absorption stone by non-woven fabric layers which are laid on the lower portion of the water absorption stone; guardrail sleeves are arranged on support columns in the supports, and the double-layer grooves are formed in the guardrail sleeves.
