The invention discloses a photography method which comprises that an object to be shot is divided into N areas to be shot; bounce flash objects of a rotatable flashlight during shooting of the N areas to be short are determined in order to obtain the N bounce flash objects; according to the N bounce flash objects, N bounce flash angles of the rotatable flashlight during the shooting of the N areas to be shot are adjusted; N output powers of the rotatable flashlight during the shooting of the N areas to be shot are adjusted; a rotatable camera at a mobile terminal is controlled to shoot each of the N areas to be shot in order to obtain N shot pictures; and the N shot pictures are integrated into one picture. The embodiment of the invention also provides the mobile terminal. Through application of the embodiment of the invention, the object to be shot is divided into the N areas to be shot, and light supplementation of different degrees can be implemented to the N areas to be shot, so that light supplementation effect of the shot pictures is nearly the same, and thus shooting effect is improved.
