Embodiment Construction

[0019] The invention consists of a proximal steel plate 1, a distal steel plate 2, a connecting bolt 7, and a fixing screw 8.

[0020] figure 1 It is shown that the proximal steel plate 1 and the distal steel plate 2 are rectangular steel plates. There are fixing screw holes 6 perpendicular to the plate surface on the posterior surface of the proximal steel plate 1 and the distal steel plate 2. After the osteotomy, the fixing screw 8 Fix the proximal steel plate 1 and the distal steel plate 2 with the truncated fibula 11 through the fixed screw hole 6, and then draw the fibula 10 on both sides closer.

[0021] figure 1 It is shown that there is a slot 3 at the front of the proximal steel plate 1, the slot 3 is located in the center of the rectangular steel plate, and the direction of the slot 3 is along the length direction of the steel plate. The front part of the distal steel plate 2 has an insert plate 4, which is located in the center of the rectangular steel plate, the directi...

Abstract

The invention provides a splicing device for pulling close fibulas on two sides after fibula section cutting osteotomy and belongs to the technical field of orthopaedic medical equipment. The splicing device is used for pulling close and fixing the broken ends of the fibulas on the two sides after the fibula section cutting osteotomy. The following technical scheme is adopted: after the row fibula osteotomy, a proximal steel plate and a distal steel plate are fixed with the fibulas on the two sides by use of fixing screws, respectively; the slot of the proximal steel plate and the spile of the distal steel plate are spliced and then connected and fixed by use of a connecting bolt, and therefore, the two ends of the cut fibulas can be pulled close, the outer-side tension of the knee joint can be enhanced manually and the varus deformity of the knee joint can be better corrected. The splicing device is reasonable in structure and firm in fixation, and is capable of effectively tensioning the cut ends of the cut fibula, increasing the fibula steeling rate and improving the surgical efficacy. The splicing device is the innovation of treating the osteoarthritis by use of the fibula osteotomy, and is capable of effectively avoiding the defects of the knee joint replacement and solving the problems not solved for a long time; as a result, the operation time and the recovery time can be greatly shortened, and excellent social benefit and economic benefit can be produced.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to an insertion device for drawing and fixing the fractured ends of both sides of the fibula after a segmental fibula osteotomy, which belongs to the technical field of orthopedic medical instruments. Background technique [0002] The knee joint is an important weight-bearing intermediate device for the human body. In recent years, as the global ageing continues to accelerate and the obesity rate increases, the incidence of knee osteoarthritis has also increased substantially. Since the inner side of the knee joint bears 60 to 80% of the body's weight, the cartilage wear on the inner side of the knee joint becomes more common and serious. Knee osteoarthritis is most likely to cause varus deformity in different degrees in the later stage. Patients mainly manifest joint pain, swelling, stiffness, and dysfunction. In severe cases, it can significantly reduce the quality of daily life and work. For knee osteoarthritis (especially in sever...
