Abstract

IMMEDIATE ASSIGNMENT signaling information containing a channel assignment related information unit is added on the basis of RRC connection establishment procedures of original protocol according to the GMR-13G protocol standard. The signaling information is sent to an MES via a gateway station subsystem (GSS). After receiving the RRC CONNECTION REQUEST information of the MES, the GSS will replies the IMMEDIATE ASSIGNMENT information, and then replies the RRC CONNECTION SETUP information.
