The rectification control unit inputs a single-phase 220V AC power source, outputs a controllable rectification voltage that has undergone voltage reduction by the transformer, and sends in the controllable rectification voltage speed control signals including motor running directions and running speed levels. Each speed adjusting unit includes an adjusting power supply module, a waveform sampling module, a single-chip microcomputer adjusting module, an address giving module and a motor drive module, and controls the speed of DC brushless motors on the basis of the speed control signals in the controllable rectification voltage.
