Problems solved by technology

As people pay more and more attention to environmental protection and health, they require low odor in the car. In the production process of the existing graft polyether, acrylonitrile and styrene are generally used for graft production, and the graft polyether product will inevitably contain some A large amount of free acrylonitrile and styrene, and the free acrylonitrile and styrene of the automotive polyurethane material prepared with it volatilize and escape, which has a certain odor and affects the health of the people in the car. The content of free acrylonitrile and styrene, while ordinary grafted polyethers are difficult to meet the requirements, the conventional vacuum extraction method cannot effectively remove free acrylonitrile and styrene in polyether, especially the styrene in polyether is difficult to be effective take off

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for reducing grafted polyether smell. According to the method, the vacuum extraction is conducted through two different process conditions, and the content of free acrylonitrile and styrene in the grafted polyether is greatly reduced. At the temperature ranging from 140 to 180 DEG C, water vapor is introduced in for being mixed with the grafted polyether, vacuumizing is conducted for 2-5 hours, then nitrogen is introduced in for being mixed with the grafted polyether, vacuumizing is conducted for 2-5 hours, and the grafted polyether extracted from the free acrylonitrile and styrene is obtained. According to the method, the content of the free acrylonitrile and styrene in the prepared grafted polyether is low, the quality of a product is stable, and the using performance is good.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of an organic polymer compound, in particular to a method for extracting free acrylonitrile and styrene content in a grafted polyether and reducing the smell of the grafted polyether. Background technique [0002] Grafted polyether is widely used in the automobile industry to manufacture polyurethane high-resilience cushions, steering wheels and self-skinned armrests. As people are paying more and more attention to environmental protection and health, the smell in the car is required to be low. In the existing graft polyether production process, acrylonitrile and styrene are generally used for graft production, and the graft polyether products will inevitably contain some A large amount of free acrylonitrile and styrene, and the free acrylonitrile and styrene of the automotive polyurethane material prepared by using it volatilize and escape, which has a certain odor and affects the health of the people in t...
