The pump is provided with an outdoor fan coil, wherein the outdoor fan coil is connected with a circulating water pump through pipelines and valves; an expansion tank is connected together with a pipeline at the right side of the circulating water pump through a pipeline; and a soil heat exchanger is connected with the circulating water pump through pipelines and valves. A cycle process of the use method of the thermal balance ground-source heat pump is completed in the following way: the temperature of a circulating medium is reduced by exchanging heat with surrounding low temperature soil when passing through an underground vertically-buried single u-shaped pipe, and then the circulating medium flows into the outdoor fan coil; the temperature of the circulating medium is increased by exchanging heat with high temperature air; afterwards, the circulating medium flows into the underground vertically-buried single u-shaped pipe to exchange heat with the surrounding low temperature soil.
