The method comprises: calculating three frequency spectra of the to-be-restored motion blurred image, wherein the three frequency spectra include a conventional frequency spectrum, an expansion logarithm frequency spectrum and an expansion logarithm frequency spectrum without a main line; using a general iterative image blind restoration method to initially restore the blurred image, and roughly estimating a motion blurred point spread function with strong spatial domain constrained Hough transform and weak spatial domain constrained Hough transform; using a double-iterative method to perform multiple rounds of rough estimation; using a combined symmetry and power measurement and search method to accurately estimate a motion direction; using a method for searching a global turning point in the expansion logarithm frequency spectrum without the main line to accurately estimate a motion distance; and creating an optical transfer function and using a conventional image restoration method to restore the blurred image.
