Abstract

The invention relates to a steel wire rope transverse vibration signal measurement device and method and a transverse vibration monitoring method. The measurement method comprises the steps that induction light curtains emitted by two groups of light curtain type laser displacement sensors are mutually perpendicular, and the planes on which the two groups of light curtains are positioned are parallel and vertically arranged in a spacing way; and a steel wire rope perpendicularly penetrates through the two groups of light curtains simultaneously so that the displacement signals of the steel wire rope along x and y directions in transverse vibration are obtained. The measurement device comprises two groups of light curtain type laser displacement sensors and a support. The induction light curtains emitted by the two groups of sensors are mutually perpendicular, and the planes on which the two groups of light curtains are positioned are parallel and vertically arranged in the spacing way. The monitoring method comprises the steps that the vibration displacement signals are measured by adopting the steel wire rope transverse vibration displacement signal measurement method; and the vibration displacement signals are processed so that vibration amplitude and vibration frequency are obtained and are compared with the preset values, and then crisis prevention is performed through judgment. According to the device and the method, accurate measurement of steel wire rope comprehensive transverse vibration can be realized, and prediction of dangerous vibration can also be realized.
