Abstract

The invention relates to a VOC (volatile organic compound) gas recovery system which comprises a storage tank used for storing an organic liquid, and further comprises a compressor, a buffer tank, a condenser, an air heat exchanger, a membrane separator, a filter and a condensed liquid tank, wherein an organic vapor volatilized from the storage tank is compressed by the compressor; the compressed vapor enters the condenser containing cooling water after passing through the buffer tank; part of macromolecular organic materials are condensed into a liquid I; the liquid I enters the condensed liquid tank; while gaseous substances which are not condensed enter the air heat exchanger to rise environmental temperature by heating air and enters the membrane separator; organic gas molecules in the gaseous substances return to the storage tank through a molecular membrane return pipeline, while other nitrogen-containing gas meeting emission requirements is filtered by the filter, and the filtered gas is emitted into the atmosphere. According to the VOC gas recovery system, gas volatilized from the organic liquid stored in the storage tank is recovered through tertiary treatment of condensation, membrane separation and filtration, so as to ensure that the nitrogen-containing gas emitted into the atmosphere confirms to the emission standard.
