Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of medicines and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating heart-Yin deficiency type postoperation myocardial malperfusion resulted from direct PCI (percutaneous coronary intervention) of ST-elevation myocardial infarction. The traditional Chinese medicine composition is composed of, by weight, 4-8 parts of bulbophyllum psychoon, 4-8 parts of dendrobium aduncum, 4-8 parts of herba alyxiae sinensis, 4-8 parts of phlegmariurus petiolatus, 4-8 parts of phtheirospermum tenuisectum, 2-4 parts of meconopsis horridula, 4-8 parts of radix paeoniae alba, 4-8 parts of buddleja asiatica, 4-8 parts of plumbago indica and 4-8 parts of radix glycyrrhizae. The medicinal materials are jointly used to achieve efficacies of Yin nourishing, heat clearing, heart nourishing and mind tranquilizing, and myocardial perfusion of a patient suffering from postoperation myocardial malperfusion resulted from direct PCI of STEMI (ST-elevation myocardial infarction) can be evidently improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of medicine, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating heart-yin deficiency type ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction and poor myocardial perfusion after direct PCI. Background technique [0002] Direct percutaneous coronary intervention (Percutaneous coronary intervention PCI) is the main treatment for acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (St-elevationmyocardialinfarctionSTEMI). However, it has been clinically found that about 30% to 40% of patients with infarct-related arteries do not improve myocardial tissue microcirculation perfusion, that is, myocardial perfusion is poor. Studies have found that myocardial perfusion is the main cause of cardiovascular events and mortality. Therefore, how to adopt which treatment method can improve myocardial perfusion after STEMI primary PCI has important clinical significance. [0003] Western medicine bel...
