Abstract

The invention provides an insulated contact wheel with a simple structure and better construction property. The insulated contact wheel (30) comprises a tension device (10), a first connecting block (11), a second connecting block (12), and a side road line. In the tension device, a base part (1) holds a first end part (21a) of a first insulated contact wheel line (21), an insulated sub-part (2) holds a second end part (22a) of a second insulated contact wheel line (22), and an elastic force is applied to the insulated sub-part. The side road line electrically connects the first insulated contact wheel line of a third end part (21b) and the second insulated contact wheel line of a fourth end part (22b). The base part (1) and the first connecting block (11) are fixed on a first surface (23aa) of a track (23). The second connecting block (12) can move along the long edge direction of the track (23). The side road line is configured along a second surface of the track.
