Embodiment 1

[0023] 1. Selection of parents

[0024] Ninety-eight sexually mature broodstock were selected from wild-caught eel eel individuals. Females weighing more than 30g have swollen and soft abdomens, and the reproductive holes are round and red. Males weighing more than 50g are strong and flexible, and most of them can squeeze out semen. The ratio of male to female is 1:1.

[0025] 2. Ways to induce labor

[0026] Artificial oxytocin drugs including HCG, LRH-A 2 and DOM. The dosage of oxytocic drugs is shown in Table 1. Artificial oxytocin drugs also include 0.3ml of 0.7% sodium chloride solution per kilogram of broodstock. The method of induction of labor is two injections into the back muscle, the first injection only injects LRH-A 2 , and the injection time interval of the second needle is 12 hours.

[0027] 3. Artificial insemination method

[0028] After 10 hours, check the broodstock every two hours, and squeeze the abdomen lightly until eggs flow out before artificia...

Embodiment 2

[0034] A total of 112 sexually mature broodstock were selected from wild-caught eel eel individuals. Females weighing more than 30g have swollen and soft abdomens, and the reproductive holes are round and red. Males weighing more than 50g are strong and flexible, and most of them can squeeze out semen. The ratio of male to female is 1:1.2. Other steps are the same as in Example 1.

Embodiment 3

[0036] Seventy sexually mature broodstock were selected from wild-caught eel eel individuals. Females weighing more than 30g have swollen and soft abdomens, and the reproductive holes are round and red. Males weighing more than 50g are strong and flexible, and most of them can squeeze out semen. The ratio of male to female is 1:1.1. Other steps are the same as in Example 1.

[0037] Examples 1-3 and the effects of dosage of artificial oxytocin drugs on effect time, parental oxytocin rate, fertilization rate, parental mortality rate, hatching rate and 7-day survival rate after hatching are shown in Table 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses an artificial breeding method of spiny eels. The artificial breeding method includes: at the peak stage of breeding each year, namely a period from the middle of May to the beginning of July and September, selecting parental fishes whose sexual maturity is high from the spiny eels which are captured outdoors or domesticated, where female-male ratio is 1:1.2; injecting artificial induced spawning drug into the parental fishes, taking semen of male fishes and eggs of female fishes for artificial insemination, using brine shrimp nauplius for mouth opening after hatching, using Tubificidae to feed for one month, and starting to use mixed feed for domestication when the spiny eels grow to about 3 cm. The artificial breeding method has the advantages of high induced spawning rate, high fertilization rate, high hatching rate, high survival rate, low parent death rate, suitability for large-scale fingerling breeding according to needs, high efficiency, simplicity, convenience and conduciveness to popularization.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of aquaculture, and in particular relates to an artificial propagation method of spiny loach. technical background [0002] Mastacembelue aculeatus belongs to Perciformes, Mastacembelidae and Mastacembelue Scopoli in taxonomy. Commonly known as knife loach, spiny loach, sand loach, pig mother saw, etc., the meat is delicate and has high nutritional value. It is a small economical freshwater fish mainly carnivorous. Its natural population likes to inhabit at the bottom of rivers with stones or where there are aquatic plants on the bank. In natural waters, it does not like to live in places where the current is relatively fast. Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Hubei, Hunan and Henan in the Yangtze River Basin are almost all over the waters of the province. Due to the excessive fishing for it in recent years and the changes in the environmental conditions of its natural water bodies, the natural population of eelfish has ...
