Pubescent Triplophysa yarkandensis individuals are selected, production hastening medicine and dosage are selected, the maturity of Triplophysa yarkandensis parent fishes can be centralized and synchronized through a series of technologies and methods of artificial production hastening and insemination, temporary rearing in a flowing water pool, stimulation of water flow and artificial incubation, the Triplophysa yarkandensis parent fishes can spawn in a centralized mode within a short time, the effect time is shortened, the fertilization rate and the incubation rate are improved, the egg laying amount is increased, breed conservation and proliferation of the Triplophysa yarkandensis in the Tarim River drainage basin are achieved, a solid foundation is laid for Tarim River fishery resource protection, proliferation and releasing of indigenous fishes and development and protection of the Triplophysa yarkandensis, and meanwhile the blank of artificial reproduction of Triplophysa yarkandensis fishes at home and abroad is filled up. Experiments prove that the fertilization rate of the artificial reproduction method for the Triplophysa yarkandensis reaches up to 95 percent, the incubation rate reaches up to 80 percent, the rate of emergence is above 75 percent, and the effect time is 6h to 12h.
