The plant carbon sequestration is performed by the utilization of usage carbon sequestration, application carbon sequestration, forming carbon sequestration, landfill carbon sequestration and the like, the CO2 release of a biomass carbon pool to the atmosphere is controlled so that the development mode of atmosphere carbon reduction, zero carbon and negative carbon is realized.
