Abstract
The invention discloses a slow-growing soybean rhizobia liquid protective agent, which is prepared from an YMA medium, peptone, xanthan gum, NaCl and boric acid, wherein the peptone accounts for 0.1-0.2wt%, the xanthan gum accounts for 0.01-0.02wt%, the NaCl accounts for 0.25-0.35wt% and the boric acid accounts for 0-0.01wt%. The slow-growing soybean rhizobia liquid protective agent provided by the invention contains salts and saccharides for maintaining microorganism osmotic pressure, protein and trace elements for stimulating microbial inoculum and soybean growth as well as protein substances capable of promoting effective film formation and the formation of comparative advantage of the rhizobia on the surfaces of the soybeans; therefore, the liquid protective agent has a space-occupying advantage in practical application, and the liquid protective agent can resist the infection of indigenous rhizobia, increase the quantity of effective nodulations and enhance the using effect of rhizobia inoculum. The liquid protective agent, combined with the rhizobia inoculum in use, can improve the survival rate of the rhizobia inoculum in soil, promote the formation of the comparative advantage on the surfaces of soybean seeds, resist the competition of the indigenous rhizobia and reduce the quantity of invalid nodulations.
