Embodiment Construction

[0026] Below in conjunction with embodiment the present invention is further described in detail. It should be pointed out that the following specific descriptions are all exemplary, and are intended to provide further description of the present invention. Unless otherwise specified, all scientific and technical terms used in this invention have the same meaning as commonly understood by those skilled in the art to which this invention belongs.

[0027] 1. Preparation of Magnetic Molecularly Imprinted Polymers

[0028] Preparation of molecularly imprinted polymers: To prepare molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs), 1 mmol of TBT and 4 mmol of methacrylic acid (MAA) were mixed in a 50 mL flask, and the mixture was pre-polymerized at room temperature for 5 min. Then 20 mmol of ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA), 15 mg of azobisethylbutyronitrile (AIBN) and 5 mL of acetonitrile were added respectively. Polymerize in a water bath at 65°C for 20h. After the polymer was ground...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for detecting tributyltin in marine fishes and shellfishes. The method comprises the following steps: taking a to-be-detected sample, adding a standard TBT solution into the to-be-detected sample, and performing ultrasonic extraction with an acetic-acid-methanol solution to obtain a to-be-adsorbed solution; preparing Fe3O4 nanoparticles, modifying the Fe3O4 nanoparticles with APTS, modifying the obtained Fe3O4@APTS particles with MAA, and coating the obtained Fe3O4@MAA particles with an MIP layer to obtain a magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer Fe3O4@MIPs; and adding the to-be-adsorbed solution into Fe3O4@MIPs for adsorption while performing magnetic stirring, performing elution with a formic-acid-methanol solution, and detecting the obtained eluate with HPLC-ICP-MS. The method has characteristics of good interference resistance and high sensitivity and speed. At the same time, according to the method, gathering of tributyltin is improved during a detection process and provides necessary requirements for detection, and adoption of the imprinted polymer is beneficial for specificity detection.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of safety detection of marine aquatic products, in particular to a method for detecting tributyltin in marine fish and shellfish based on magnetic molecular imprinting technology HPLC-ICP-MS detection. Background technique [0002] Organotin compounds have good reactivity and biological activity, so they are widely used in various fields of industry and agriculture. (1) As antifouling additives for ships: tributyltin and triphenyltin have special toxic effects on fungi and algae, so they are mainly used in antifouling coatings for ships to prevent organisms such as mussels from adhering to the ship. Reduce fuel waste, reduce ship speed, etc. (2) As an insecticide and fungicide: triphenyltin acetate is mainly used for the control of sugar beet brown spot and rice blast; triphenyltin chloride can be used to synthesize bactericidal pesticide poisonous tin and bactericidal pesticide potato blast Tin can also b...
