The device comprises a main control module, a dehumidifying module, a temperature control module, a flow velocity control module and a sampling pipe. The main control module is separately connected to the dehumidifying module, the temperature control module and the flow velocity control module and is used for controlling the modules to work. The dehumidifying module is used for removing excess water in sampled gas flowing through the sampling pipe. The temperature control module is used for controlling temperature of the sampled gas flowing through the sampling pipe to make the temperature constant. The flow velocity control module is used for controlling the flow velocity of the sampled gas flowing through the sampling pipe to make the flow velocity constant. The sampling pipe is used for adsorbing compounds to be detected in the sampled gas at the constant temperature and the constant flow velocity, wherein a gas path where the sampled gas flows in the sampling pipe is closed.
