Abstract

The invention discloses a data transmission method and a data transmission system. The data transmission method comprises the steps that an optical fiber card controller and a data receiving terminal are in a disconnected state, the optical fiber card controller receives data of a data transmitting end; the optical fiber card controller is disconnected with the data transmitting end, and temporarily stores the data; and the optical fiber card controller is connected with the data receiving end, and sends the temporarily stored data to the data receiving end, wherein the data receiving end and the data transmitting end are respectively positioned at two relatively independent safe areas. According to the data transmission method and system provided by the invention, during a data transmission process, the optical fiber card controller is only connected and communicated with one of the data receiving end and the data transmission end at a moment is ensured, the physical isolation between the data receiving end and the data transmitting end is ensured, and the data transfer can be controlled via the optical fiber card controller, thus the security level of data transmission is greatly improved.
