The method comprises following steps of interface management, task management, name register, data preprocessing, data pushing, data relay, data reception, data verification and management and cache data management. Application instances finish big data pushing and precise delivering tasks through name registering and logging in, and the instances include methods and processes of big data pushing task reception, processing, pushing, relaying, reception, rechecking, delivering and a full-duplex working mode thereof. After the system is reasonably deployed based on the method, huge data can be pushed from a general internet access point to another remote internet access point completely, reliably, efficiently and automatically; under the conditions such as one-to-many pushing, offline pushing and access terminals belonging to different internet access operators, the system provided by the invention selects a suitable relay route, therefore data channel bottlenecks among the internet access operators are avoided; and the asymmetry of an ADSL (Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line) is utilized effectively.
