The invention relates to an LED illuminating lamp which comprises a lamp holder, a lamp body and a wireless control chip, wherein the lamp body comprises a mounting column body and a plurality of PCBs; a positive pole part and a negative pole part are arranged in the mounting column body and are connected with a positive pole end and a negative pole end of the lamp holder respectively; a plurality of pairs of mounting branches extend out of the mounting column body; each pair of mounting branches comprises a positive pole mounting branch and a negative pole mounting branch, which are connected with the positive pole part and the negative pole part respectively; the included angle between every two adjacent PCBs is set as 25-75 degrees; each pair of mounting branches is fixed and inserted in one PCB; a plurality of LED lights are arranged on the luminous surface, which is far away from the mounting column body, of each PCB; a controller is arranged on the mounting surface, which faces the mounting column body, of each PCB; a chip mounting position is set in the mounting column body; and the wireless control chip is arranged at the chip mounting position.
