Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of 1, pretreatment of raw materials; 2, slicing, wherein arctium lappa roots are cut into segments and then cut into slices; 3, color protection, wherein the cut arctium lappa root slices are put in color protection liquid to be soaked for 30 min, and the material-to-liquid ratio is 1:1.5; the color protection liquid is selected from a citric acid solution with the mass concentration being 1.5%, an ascorbic acid solution with the mass concentration being 0.4% and water at the temperature of 70 DEG C; 4, baking, wherein the treated arctium lappa root slices are put in an oven to be baked till the middle portions of the arctium lappa root slices are white and the peripheries of the arctium lappa root slices are light brown, and then the arctium lappa root slices are discharged out of the oven and cooled. According to the color protection method, citric acid or ascorbic acid or hot water is adopted for color protection, the color protection effect is good, and brown stains of the arctium lappa root tea are effectively prevented.
