The instrument comprises a shell, wherein a spraying nozzle is disposed on the shell; an air quality monitoring device, an anion generator, an air purification device, a fan, a water mist generator, a nano water ion generator, a gas channel and a control circuit board are disposed inside; the air quality monitoring device is used to monitor temperature, humidity and PM2.5 concentration of external air; the anion generator is used to generate anions so as to purify the air which enters the shell and around an air inlet of the shell; the air purification device is used to further purify the air which is initially purified by the anions; and the water mist generator is used to generate water mist. The air which is initially purified by the anions is further purified by the air purification device and then sucked by the fan into the gas channel; the clean air is mixed with the water mist generated by the water mist generator; after passing the nano water ion generator, the water mist is further refined, and a lot of reducible metal particles with nano-scale particle sizes and electronegative fine water mist are generated; and then a mixed gas of the nano water mist and the clean air is ejected from the spraying nozzle and used for deep cleaning and efficient moisturizing of human skin and hair.
