incineration ash and a construction method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of
solid waste treatment and utilization. The refuse landfill liner utilizing the waste
incineration ash and the construction method thereof are used for solving the problems of safety of the waste landfill liner and disposal of the waste
incineration ash. The structure of the refuse landfill liner is as follows: a compacted clay layer 2, a
geomembrane 3, a geonet 4, a solidified
fly ash layer 5 and a waste incineration bottom
slag drainage adsorption layer 6 are sequentially arranged from bottom to top. The construction method of the refuse landfill liner comprises the following steps: a, laying the compacted clay layer 2 on the surface ofa foundation 1, and then sequentially laying the
geomembrane 3 and the geonet 4; b, laying and compacting a
bacteria-containing
fly ash mixture; c, spraying a cementing liquid on the surface of the
bacteria-containing
fly ash mixture and letting the
bacteria-containing fly ash mixture stand for 12 hours; d, repeating the step c until the cementing liquid cannot permeate the surface of the bacteria-containing fly ash mixture, and letting the bacteria-containing fly ash mixture stand for 24 hours; e, repeating the steps c and d for 4 to 6 times so as to complete the construction of the solidified fly ash layer 5; and f, laying and compacting the waste incineration bottom
slag drainage layer 6 so as to complete construction of the refuse landfill liner.
