The invention provides a Web service composition method based on a dynamic self-adaptive chaos ant colony algorithm. Two kinds of ants are used for parallel searching. In the early stage, the minimum volatility coefficient and the minimum expected heuristic factor are used, and chaos disturbance is added. In the later stage, chaos disturbance is no longer added, and the volatility coefficient and the expected heuristic factor are improved to speed up convergence rate. The variance of fitness value is used as the standard for transformation from one stage to a next stage to adapt to a large-scale situation.
