An embodiment of the invention provides an electromagnetic induction voltage-sharing apparatus, and relates to a series power circuit of a photovoltaic cell panel, a supercapacitor and a power supply module. The electromagnetic induction voltage-sharing apparatus comprises a voltage input module, an input end voltage division circuit, a voltage adjustment module, a rectifier module, a voltage output module and a controller, wherein the input end voltage division circuit is used for being electrically connected with the positive electrode of a photovoltaic battery pack; the input voltage sampling end of the controller is electrically connected with the input end voltage division circuit; the voltage adjustment signal output end of the controller is electrically connected with the voltage adjustment module; and the voltage output module is electrically connected with the rectifier module and the voltage adjustment module separately. By adoption of the electromagnetic induction voltage-sharing apparatus, efficient energy circulation and equalization of the voltage output by the photovoltaic battery pack can be realized; the overall output power efficiency of the photovoltaic battery pack can be improved; the service life of the photovoltaic battery pack can be prolonged; resources can be reduced; and in addition, a stable operating voltage can be supplied to the power system in operation.
