The invention relates to a good-elasticity high-gloss light moisture-absorption and sweat-releasing fabric which comprises an antibacterial fabric layer (1), a fireproof fabric layer (2) and a moisture-absorption and sweat-releasing fabric layer (3) in sequence from top to bottom, wherein a liner layer is compounded on the lower surface of the moisture-absorption and sweat-releasing fabric layer; the liner layer comprises a base cloth layer; the base cloth layer has a first surface and a second surface; at least one of the first surface and the second surface of the base cloth layer is provided with a waterproof coating; the texture of the base cloth layer is of an overlapped weft structure which consists of a group of warps and two groups of wefts in an interwoven manner; the warps are 150D elastane yarns; the wefts are R3.5N elastane yarns + 300D glazed interlaced yarns.
