Abstract

The invention discloses a rail transit modular management-based operation safety assessment method, which is used for performing scoring on safety of rail transit. The method comprises the following steps of building an assessment model of rail transit modular management; performing module and hierarchy division on the assessment model; setting safety indexes for quantitatively calculating the assessment model; and performing quantitative calculation on each module and each hierarchy in the assessment model by utilizing the safety indexes in a selected time segment to obtain a safety scoring result. The assessment model is subjected to the module division so as to obtain a driving safety module, a passenger transport safety module, a fire-fighting safety module, a device and facility safety module, a construction operation safety module, a comprehensive management safety module and an external environment safety module; and the assessment model is subjected to the hierarchy division so as to obtain a single safety module of a single line, a line safety module, a regional operation center and an operation headquarters.
