Problems solved by technology

[0003] 1. When gallstones are found in the choledochoscope, the operation scene is likely to disappear when the stone net blue is used to take it, that is, when the stone net blue reaches the stone or the biliary wall, the reaction force makes the lens retreat, resulting in the disappearance of the operation scene, and repeated adjustments are often required;
[0004] 2. When the extraction stone net blue is placed, the flow rate of the outlet hole slows down, and the vision is often unclear;
[0005] 3. When the diameter of the biliary tract is small (for example: intrahepatic bile duct stones), it is difficult to release the net blue, and it is not easy to trap the stones, which is time-consuming and prone to failure;
[0006] 4. Repeated operation damages the inner wall of the biliary tract;
However, there is no report about this auxiliary device for removing stones.

Abstract

The invention relates to an auxiliary device for removing biliary calculi through negative pressure suction. The auxiliary device for removing the calculi comprises a calculi wrapping device, a fixed seat and a stabilizing device. The alculus wrapping device is located at the near-end of the fixed seat, and the stabilizing device is reflexed on the peripheral surface of the far-end of the fixed seat. The calculi wrapping device is formed by latex and is in a skirt hemline shape. The fixed seat is made into a cylindrical transparent cap by utilizing soft or hard transparent silica gel or a rubber conduit. The stabilizing device forms an annular columnar sleeve by utilizing latex. The auxiliary device has the advantages that compared with a conventional choledochoscope calculi removing net basket, the auxiliary device genuinely achieves effects of being visible and being capable of being taken; by applying the device for removing the calculi through negative pressure suction, the biliary tract inner wall is not damaged easily, and the device is more minimally invasive; against some calculi which is difficult to take or is incarcerated, by the matching of the use of the conventional net basket, the calculi is taken more easily, and more time is saved; a disposable negative pressure suction rubber tube is combined with a conventional choledochoscope, and the auxiliary device is simple, economic, practical and easy to popularize and can be widely applied to the calculi surgery against, e.g., biliary calculi and urinary calculi.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical devices, in particular to a negative pressure suction biliary tract stone extraction auxiliary device. Background technique [0002] Biliary stones are a common disease in surgery. Stones in the common bile duct can cause biliary obstruction secondary to jaundice, cholangitis, and even pancreatitis, which is life-threatening. Surgery is the only way to treat the disease. Choledochoscopic stone removal is a method commonly used in surgery for the treatment of biliary calculi at present. During this process, a fiberoptic choledochoscope is usually placed along the incision of the biliary tract. After the stone is found, the stone is removed with a stone removal mesh. But this method has the following deficiencies and defects. [0003] 1. When gallstones are found in the choledochoscope, the operation scene is likely to disappear when the stone mesh blue is used to take it, that is, when the stone ...
