The high-density concrete in the surface layer has the advantages of high strength and high durability, and the permeable framework in the concrete can guide rainfall into the base layer so as to prevent accumulation of rainfall on the pavement. Rubbles in the rubble layer are overlapped so as to form a flowing passage for rainfall, thus playing the role in delivering water and improving the strength of the base layer.
