The composition is composed of effective components of broken wall pine pollen, extracts from pueraria, extracts from emblic leafflower fruits and extracts from green tea and auxiliary materials allowed in drugs and food, wherein the composition is prepared from, by weight, 300-600 parts of broken wall pine pollen, 50-120 parts of extracts from pueraria, 45-102 parts of extracts from emblic leafflower fruits and 100-420 parts of extracts from green tea. Animal experiments prove that the composition can quite remarkably lower the weight of a rat fed by high-fat diet, can remarkably lower the content of CHO and TG in serum and the content of fat in a body, and has the weight losing effect.
