The device comprises an electroencephalogram collection part which comprises an electroencephalogram electrode and a signal conditioning circuit, wherein the electroencephalogram electrode is used for acquiring an electroencephalogram signal and transmitting the electroencephalogram signal to the signal conditioning circuit for preprocessing; the device further comprises a storage part for receiving and storing the electroencephalogram signal preprocessed by the signal conditioning circuit, and a micro processor configured to acquire the electroencephalogram signal with a preset fixed time length from the storage part and perform two-stage secondary classification on the acquired electroencephalogram signal; a normal electroencephalogram signal and an abnormal electroencephalogram signal are output through first-stage secondary classification, and an epileptic seizure sign electroencephalogram signal and an epileptic seizure phase electroencephalogram signal are output through second-stage secondary classification; the device further comprises an output part which is connected with the micro processor and is used for realizing real-time prewarning of the epileptic seizure sign and the epileptic seizure phase.
