Embodiment 1

[0080] treatment composition

[0081]

[0082]Mix the ingredients of phase A using a homogenizer for mixing and sieving the Veegum into the water. Start heating the water to 75C. Mixing was continued for 20 minutes at 75C. Next, turn off the heat. Compound Phase B in a separate container and add to Phase A with stirring while Phase A cools. Add the components of Phase C to Phase A / B in one portion while Phase A / B continues to cool. When the temperature reaches about 5OC, add phase D while continuing to mix. Mix for 2-3 minutes to ensure uniformity, then pour into containers.

Embodiment 2

[0084] treatment composition

[0085]

[0086]

[0087] Mix the ingredients of phase A using a homogenizer for mixing and sieving the Veegum into the water. Start heating the water to 75C. Mixing was continued for 20 minutes at 75C. Next, turn off the heat. Add the components of Phase B to Phase A in one portion while Phase A continues to cool. When the temperature reaches approximately 5OC, add phase C while continuing to mix. Mix for 2-3 minutes to ensure uniformity, then pour into containers.

Embodiment 3

[0089] treatment composition

[0090]

[0091] Mix the ingredients of phase A using a homogenizer for mixing and sieving the Veegum into the water.

Abstract

The invention discloses an applicator head. The applicator head is releasably connectable to an outer housing of an apparatus for treating human skin includes a body having a housing connector end having a releasable connecting feature configured to connect to the outer housing and a skin engaging end having an opening therethrough for delivering a skin treatment composition through an opening in the applicator head onto human skin. A pair of skin engagement members is arranged and configured to flatten a surface of the skin.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to a hand-held treatment device for applying compositions to skin and other keratinous surfaces. The composition can change the color or structure of the keratinous surface. Background technique [0002] Variations in tone on human skin have several causes. Acne, freckles, sun damage and age spots are just a few common causes of visible imperfections on the skin. Textural changes such as fine lines, wrinkles and scars are also known. Both hue and texture deviations are perceptible to the human eye, even if they are relatively small. It is known to cover large areas of skin over and around the deviation with makeup or other concealer. [0003] Furthermore, more precise and localized application of compositions has been attempted to conceal or cover skin deviations. Hand-held devices that move over the skin have been developed to apply skin treatment compositions to localized imperfections. But the problem with these...
