Problems solved by technology

However, due to the weak impact resistance of the joints in the composite structure, its use in the main load-bearing components of the ship has been limited.
Therefore, in the floating raft structure of large equipment, composite materials have not been used to make the main frame of the structure

Abstract

The invention discloses a fiber reinforced plastic composite material floating raft vibration isolating device and a processing method thereof. A fiber reinforced plastic floating raft consists of a crossed box girder structure, wherein the box girder structure is formed by combining internal fiber reinforced plastic profiles, resin concrete, polyurethane foam and external fiber reinforced plastic laying layers. The processing method comprises the following steps: during processing, firstly, adopting the fiber reinforced plastic profiles to set up an internal framework of the floating raft; secondly, sticking resin concrete blocks on a fiber reinforced plastic framework, mounting steel member at positions, connected with external equipment, of the fiber reinforced plastic framework, then filling the inner part of the framework with the polyurethane foam, and laying the external fiber reinforced plastic laying layers; and finally, connecting a steel panel with the steel members inside the framework by adopting bolts. Compared with a traditional steel floating raft, the fiber reinforced plastic floating raft designed and manufactured by the processing method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of no magnetism, better vibration damping property and the like; and the impact resistance of the fiber reinforced plastic floating raft can meet the requirement on impact resistance of naval vessels.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of vibration isolation devices for naval equipment, in particular to a vibration isolation device for floating rafts made of glass fiber reinforced plastic composite materials and a processing method thereof. Background technique [0002] With the continuous improvement of the stealth performance requirements of ships in modern warfare, more and more attention has been paid to the shock absorption and noise reduction of marine equipment. Among the measures taken for vibration reduction and noise reduction of naval equipment, the floating raft device has been widely used on ships due to its obvious vibration reduction effect and convenient implementation. At present, by using conventional steel floating raft technology, it can reach about 30dB noise reduction effect. With the improvement of ship vibration and noise reduction requirements, ship users also hope to further increase the vibration isolation effec...
