The invention provides a micro-vibration convergence type
vibration isolation device used for a
satellite flywheel. The micro-vibration convergence type
vibration isolation device comprises an upper platform, linings, lower joint pieces, a lower platform, fixed pieces, damping
layers, movable pieces, vibration isolators and
upper joint pieces. Three trapezoid corners which are evenly distributed are arranged on the upper platform in the circumferential direction, and a plurality of first apertures with the
diameter of 3.3 mm are formed in the trapezoid corners and used for being connected with the
upper joint pieces. Three grooves which are evenly distributed and used for being connected with the lower joint pieces are formed in the lower platform in the circumferential direction. The
upper joint pieces, the vibration isolators, the movable pieces, the damping
layers, the fixed pieces and the linings are combined to form three vibration
isolator assemblies, the three axes of the three vibration
isolator assemblies are converged at one point, and the convergence point is located above the upper platform. The upper platform and the lower platform are connected through the lower joint pieces and the vibration
isolator assemblies. The damping
layers are clamped between the fixed pieces and the movable pieces. The micro-vibration responses caused when the
flywheel operates on
orbit can be remarkably reduced, and the stability, reliability and safety of the high-accuracy sensitive load on a
satellite are ensured.
